    Camp Verde Community Library Launches Kid’s Coding Club for Summer 2024

    Verde Valley News – Camp Verde Community Library is excited to announce the launch of a new Kid’s Coding Club aimed at children ages 9-12. The club will meet every Friday from June 28th to July 19th, 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM, in the Founder’s Room.

    20240622 cvclThe Kid’s Coding Club aims to introduce young learners to the fundamentals of coding through interactive sessions using the OctoStudio platform. Participants will have the opportunity to unleash their creativity by animating stories and exploring the exciting world of coding in a supportive and engaging environment.

    “No experience is required to join,” said Kate Phillips, AmeriCorps Vista Member at Camp Verde Library. “We welcome all children who are enthusiastic about technology and eager to learn.”
