    Camp Verde Community Library Partners with Association of Financial Educators to Offer Free Financial Literacy Workshops

    Verde Valley News – Camp Verde Community Library is proud to announce its collaboration with the Association of Financial Educators (AFE) to provide free financial literacy workshops to the local community. These workshops aim to equip individuals with essential financial knowledge to take control of their financial well-being.

By offering these workshops, AFE and the Camp Verde Community Library seek to benefit the collective community by fostering financial literacy and helping individuals make informed financial decisions.

    The workshops, provided free of charge, cover a wide range of topics including budgeting, saving, investing, retirement planning, and more. Designed to cater to individuals from all walks of life, from those living paycheck to paycheck to those seeking advanced financial strategies, the sessions are informative and engaging.

    “We are excited to partner with the Association of Financial Educators to bring these valuable workshops to our community,” said Kathy Hellman, Library Director of Camp Verde Community Library. “Financial literacy is essential for personal and community well-being, and these workshops offer a fantastic opportunity for individuals to enhance their financial skills.”

    The workshops will be conducted by experienced financial professionals and will last approximately 30-45 minutes each. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn from experts in a supportive and educational environment.

    The Camp Verde Community Library is located just off Montezuma Castle Highway at 130 N Black Bridge Road in Camp Verde. Operating hours are Mon-Thu 8:00 am – 7:00 pm and Fri-Sat 9:00 am – 5:00 pm.
