    23rd Annual Camp Verde Pecan & Wine Festival Returns to Downtown Camp Verde

    Two-day festival to feature 15 Arizona wineries, a Pecan Pie contest, beer garden, food trucks, live music, and local artisans

    Verde Valley News – On Saturday, March 16 – Sunday, March 18, 2024, the Camp Verde Pecan & Wine Festival will be returning for its 23rd year. Hosted by the Verde Valley Wine Consortium and the Town of Camp Verde, sponsored by Yavapai College and their Southwest Wine Center, SRP, and Larry Green Chevrolet, the two-day festival celebrates the areas two prime tourism draws, wine and pecans. The festival is FREE to attend, with wine tasting tickets available for purchase to sample the fifteen Arizona wineries who will be in attendance, and will also feature a very competitive Pecan Pie Contest, along with a variety of pecans for wine pairing, a Budweiser Beer Garden, food trucks and 90+ local artisans.

    Held from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Saturday, March 16 and 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday, March 17 in downtown Camp Verde (75 E Hollamon Street, Camp Verde, AZ 86322), the two-day festival also includes the following line up of live music:

    • 2:30 – 4:30 p.m.:               Thunder and Lightning (Country)
    • 5 – 7 p.m.:                        Billy Bonds/Austin Lynn Austin (Country)

    Sunday, March 17th:

    Sedona Gift Shop

    • 12:00 – 2 p.m.:                 Tommy Dukes Band (Blue)
    • 2:30 – 4 p.m.:                   Garry Segal/Jeff Compton (Blues/Americana)

    Fifteen of the best local wineries within the Verde Valley will be in attendance, pouring their newest releases by the glass, bottle and case. These include:

    • Cella Winery
    • Cove Mesa Vineyard
    • Da Vines Vineyard
    • High Lonesome Vineyard

    • Salt Mine Wine
    • Southwest Wine Center
    • Su Vino

    Entry to the festival – for all ages – is FREE. Wine tasting tickets (for attendees 21+) are available for $20 in advance by visiting www.verdevalleywine.org or https://www.eventbrite.com/e/camp-verde-pecan-and-wine-festival-tickets-797367757427.  Tickets will also be available at the door day-of for $25/person. Both include a commemorative glass and six wine tasting tickets. Additional wine tasting tickets will be available for purchase at the event.
