COTTONWOOD, Ariz. – Queen B Vinyl Café is celebrating its first anniversary in Cottonwood with an all-day celebration on Saturday, Oct. 25. Over the past year, the immersive one-of-its-kind space – co-owned by Jennifer and her husband, musician Maynard James Keenan (Tool, Puscifer, A Perfect Circle) – has established itself as Northern Arizona’s cultural hub with its mixed-use space including a record store, café, wine bar, ramen house, coffee roastery, and barbershop.

Free to attend and open to the public, the anniversary event will kick off at 10 a.m. on the café’s patio. Guests can partake in a “Casket Crate Dig” featuring used records and discounted new titles, exclusive items from Maynard’s vault, mystery bundles and music from DJ Jasperpunk & DJ Vil from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. A raffle will be held for a selection of rare and limited-edition merch items from Maynard’s private collection.  Guests will receive one raffle entry for every $50 spent on a single transaction at either the vinyl shop or café side of the building. At 7 p.m., doors will open for Queen B Vinyl Café’s anniversary concert featuring a headlining performance from Kansas City satanic bluegrass outfit The Pentagram String Band with support from Tucson cow punk act Gutter Town and Phoenix-based outlaw guitarist Joe Baker. Tickets are on sale now at Queen B’s website HERE for $18 in advance or can be purchased for $20 at door.

“It’s incredible to think it’s already been a whole year,” said Jennifer Keenan. “This space has evolved into exactly what we hoped it would—a gathering place where music, art, food, and people intersect. Our anniversary isn’t only a celebration of Queen B, but also a thank you to our community who’ve continued to make it all possible.”
