… this Bonaparte’s Gull is coming directly at me and came over the boat just a few feet above us; they are a very small gull and occasional visitor at Lake Pleasant during the periods of migration. It is amazing to view these small creatures in their habitat as they pass through … one of the few gulls that nest in trees and feed on both small fish and flying insects … check them out.
Below is a shot of an Osprey as he heads in the direction of a fish that he spotted and is counting on for sustenance … check out those talons at the ready as he heads down to grab a bit of lunch! Ospreys are absolutely fascinating creatures and have characteristics not shared by other raptors/ Check them out by clicking the link.

In addition to sales of photographs already taken Ted does special shoots for patrons on request and also does air-to-air photography for those who want photographs of their airplanes in flight. All special photographic sessions are billed on an hourly basis.
Ted also does one-on-one workshops for those interested in learning the techniques he uses. By special arrangement Ted will do one-on-one aerial photography workshops which will include actual photo sessions in the air.
