… it looks like the incoming finch is beak to beak with finch that is already in the feeder … no known damage occurred … no lawyers were called either, although I did think about throwing a few business cards out for good measure … never know 🙂
I headed down to Bubbling Ponds Fish Hatchery in Page Springs mid afternoon to try out the new gear again … first tweaked the settings and think I finally have everything the way I want. It was hot, nothing was flying and everything was seeking relief from the mid-afternoon heat.
The photo first below shows one of the fish ponds with sky reflections and at the very top of the image there is a steel dock that protrudes into the water and under the top of the dock a hen mallard was seeking refuge from the sun … grilled to perfection 🙂
Have a beautiful day … keep breathing and smile, we are here!
Cheers,
Ted
A bird flies through the sky, and I fly with it. I am in
each pearl of moisture sparkling in the sun. I lie lazy
on the clouds. And I acknowledge my kinship with
each winged thing.
I see all as one, and nothing repels me, as this new
day climbs noiselessly out of the valley of the night.
Peace lies over the world and over the world of my soul.
