The free, self-guided event invites the public into the private studios of 55 Verde Valley artists.

SEDONA, Ariz. – The Sedona Visual Artists’ Coalition (SVAC) is pleased to invite art lovers and curious explorers alike to experience the 23rd Annual Spring Open Studios Tour, taking place over the weekend of April 24–26, 2026 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily. This free and popular self-guided event offers a rare opportunity to meet 55 working artists across 35 private studios throughout Sedona and the greater Verde Valley.

Celebrated as one of the region’s premier art events, the Spring Open Studios Tour allows visitors to engage directly with working artists, gain insight into their creative processes and purchase original, one-of-a-kind artwork directly from the source. Participating artists represent a wide range of mediums, including painting, ceramics, glass, sculpture, jewelry, photography, mixed media, digital art, weaving and more.

“Open Studios creates a much more personal connection between the artist, the artwork and the visitor,” said Mike Upp, clay artist and co-chair of the Open Studios Tour. “It gives people the chance to see where and how art is made, ask questions and take home truly unique pieces while supporting local artists. The diversity and quality of work on display speaks to the incredible vitality of the arts community in Sedona and throughout the Verde Valley.”

The Tour spans Sedona, the Village of Oak Creek, Cornville, Cottonwood, Camp Verde and Clarkdale. Building on feedback from past attendees, SVAC continues to thoughtfully design the Tour to enhance the visitor experience, making it easier to see more artists with less driving while still showcasing the breadth of talent in the region.

In addition to exploring studios, attendees may enter a free, studio-wide drawing for a $250 gift certificate, redeemable at any participating studio. Entry forms will be available at all Tour locations, and participants will also be invited to receive email updates about future SVAC art events.

Maps and informative brochures featuring artist listings and studio locations will be available leading up to the Tour at select locations throughout the community and online at https://sedonaartistscoalition.org. The website will also feature detailed artist profiles, mediums and up-to-date Tour information.
