Sedona News – The Sedona International Film Festival is proud to present the Northern Arizona premiere of “White With Fear” showing April 4-10 at the Alice Gill-Sheldon Theatre.

Emmy Award-winning director Andrew Goldberg’s “White With Fear” sheds light on the decades-long strategy of politicians and media outlets to amplify racial divisions and white victimization narratives for power and profit.

Described by critics as “riveting,” “masterful” and “absolutely required viewing,” and in the tradition of past classic documentary exposes such as “Enron: The Smartest Guys in the Room” and “Inside Job”, “White With Fear” uncovers the real-world consequences of manipulative tactics that seek to demonize immigrants, spread Islamophobia, and deploy a cynical and strategic campaign of racist rhetoric with real world effects.

“White With Fear” is a potent journalistic undertaking that unearths the hidden political playbook and key operatives behind these efforts.

With revealing first-person access to figures like Hillary Clinton, Steve Bannon, Rep. Jamie Raskin, former Fox News reporter Carl Cameron, The Lincoln Project co-founder Stuart Stevens, and other leading experts, “White With Fear” offers an urgent and eye-opening look at how racial bigotry is weaponized to undermine democracy.

“White With Fear” will be shown at the Alice Gill-Sheldon Theatre April 4-10. Showtimes will be Friday, Saturday and Sunday, April. 4, 5 and 6 at 6:30 p.m.; and Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, April 7, 9 and 10 at 3:30 p.m.

Tickets are $12 general admission, or $9 for Film Festival members. For tickets and more information, please call 928-282-1177. Both the theatre and film festival office are located at 2030 W. Hwy. 89A, in West Sedona.  For more information, visit: www.SedonaFilmFestival.org.

Too bad this didn’t play before White Fear took over the country and elected a White Nationalist Fascist Government of Trump crime apologists and MAGA sycophants. Normal sane Media Outlets cannot undo the damage already done to this country with Rusher/MAGA propagandist HATE and fake HYSTERIA about the “Migrant Menance” they created in people’s minds or the non existent “Deep State” of “Socialist Commie Fascist” as MAGA calls anyone who believes in the rule of law, human and civil rights while statistically THEY (White MAGA types) are the MAJORITY when it comes to number of violent crimes committed in America. That is FACT not “MAGA Alternative Facts”!
