A beloved annual tradition continues at Rowe Fine Art Gallery with Counting Our Blessings on Friday, February 7, at 4 p.m. Ever since gallery owners Ken and Monica Rowe opened their doors in 2010, they have designated the first Friday in February as the day they show appreciation to their clients and artists. This year they have more to celebrate than ever.

“In March, Rowe Fine Art Gallery celebrates its 15th anniversary,” says Ken. “Since we opened, we have placed more than 7,000 works of art in homes and businesses – and wardrobes! – all around the world. Monica and I are in awe of that number, of the incredible people who’ve walked through our doors – both collectors and people who’ve only been able to shop with us once – and of the exceptionally talented artists we’ve had the privilege of representing.

“Normally we theme this show around the concept of love in honor of Valentine’s Day,” Ken continues, “but this year we’re calling it like we see it: Rowe Fine Art Gallery is truly blessed.”

If you have ever purchased a Ken Rowe sculpture or a piece of art from Rowe Fine Art Gallery, you are invited to stop by for a special sweet treat. And if you’ve never purchased art from the gallery, this is the perfect time to browse its selection of sculptures, paintings and jewelry and meet some of the artists behind the magic.

If you missed the gallery’s January show, make sure you ask about Ken’s first-ever piece of jewelry, a sterling-silver bison bust that’s available in single-sided and double-sided versions, at the February event, just in time for Valentine’s Day gifting. The gallery also offers jewelry from Liam Herbert, Lesley Aine McKeown, and Jennifer Inge along with paintings by Julie T. Chapman, Dane Chinnock, Kim Diment, Jen Farnsworth, Lynn Heil, Gary Jenkins, John Rasberry and Amy Ringholz. Represented sculptors include Shirley Eichten Albrecht, Kim Kori, Alvin Marshall, Erik Petersen, Joel Petersen, Ken Rowe, Jason Scull and Joshua Tobey.

From everyone at Rowe Fine Art Gallery, thank you to artists and art collectors both near and far.

Rowe Fine Art Gallery represents traditional and contemporary southwestern artists. The gallery, located under the bell tower in Patio de las Campanas at Tlaquepaque Arts & Shopping Village, is open Monday through Thursday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Friday through Sunday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.  For more information, call 928-282-8877, visit rowegallery.com, or find us on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.
