    January 30, 2025, Cottonwood, Ariz. – Queen B Vinyl Café, located in Old Town Cottonwood, kicks off an exciting February line-up with performances slated from Cavalera Third World Trilogy featuring Max and Igor Cavalera, Luicidal with Suicidal Tendencies alumni R.J. Herrara and Louiche Mayorga, and Los Angeles noise-punk act, CNTS.

    February also includes a free art exhibit by graphic illustrator and tattoo artist Erick Weir, as well as movie nights every Friday and Saturday that there isn’t a show.

    · February 19 – Cavalera Third World (Max and Igor Cavalera revisit the first three Sepultura albums), with Dead Heat and Face Pulp

    Doors: 6:30 p.m.; showtime: 7:30 p.m.

    · February 23 – Luicidal (Venice punk featuring  R.J. Herrara and Louise Mayorga, formerly of Suicidal Tendencies),  with Terminally Ill, Vacant Skies and The Lost Marys

    About Queen B Vinyl Café

    Queen B Vinyl Café is an immersive destination blending music, wine, art, and food. As a record store, it features a curated selection of the latest releases across all genres, along with exclusive, limited-edition, and rare finds from Puscifer, A Perfect Circle, and TOOL. An official Record Store Day participant and Northern Arizona’s exclusive hub for the biannual event, the Café also celebrates the region’s American Viticultural Area (AVA) status with a wine bar featuring selections from Caduceus Cellars, Merkin Vineyards, and Four 8 Wineworks. A recent addition is a signature coffee line and coffee club, with beans roasted in-house. The space also includes the Barbifer barbershop, offering haircuts and barber services, with touring tattoo and hair artists making special appearances throughout the year. Originally launched in 2008 as Puscifer The Store, the reimagined Café continues to attract devotees with live performances, collectible vinyl, wine, coffee, and more.

    What Would I Change?

    What would I change if I could? You and I both know I can’t, but it’s a fun exercise anyway. I would have been less of a know-it-all on my spiritual journey. It seems to be a side-effect of the path. Spiritual folks develop an all-knowing buffer to protect against their inevitable surrender to the unknown, but understanding that now didn’t make it gentler on me or those I loved, let alone those that I deemed not capable of getting it 😉 Yeah … I’d have dropped the spiritual snob act. I’d have recognized that spiritual radicals are only different on the outside from radical right Christians, and that the surface doesn’t really matter as much as I thought. We are all doing our couldn’t be otherwise things, playing our perfect roles. I’d have learned to bow down humbly before my fellow man, regardless of whether I agreed with him or not. We’re all in this together and not one of us will get out alive. Read more→
