SEDONA, Ariz. – From Oct. 13 – 24, 2025, Summit Construction Company in coordination with Arizona Water Company, will close a small portion of Shelby drive in front of 2250 Shelby Dr. – or the Villas on Shelby project – to connect to the watermain that will provide new water service to the property.
More specifically, business access east of Finley Drive on Shelby Drive will continue to exist via Sunset Drive, but for business access west of Finley Drive and Shelby Drive and for Finley Drive itself, drivers will need to travel via Shelby Drive.
“We appreciate your patience and understanding during the construction work; please observe all signs and any temporary road restrictions,” said Al Riso, Summit Construction representative.
