    Oak Creek Apples September Meeting

    logo_oakcreekapplescomputerclub2Sedona AZ (September 12, 2019) – On Saturday, September 21, 2019, beginning at 10:00 AM, the Oak Creek Apples Macintosh Users Group will offer a general question-and-answer session on Apple computers, iPads, and iPhones in the Si Burch Room at the Sedona Public Library. Alan Gore will facilitate the meeting. Bill Timberman, a Mac enthusiast, has discovered many neat new features and capabilities in the latest iOS version. He will demo some of these new features at the meeting. Admission is free. Pre-registration is desirable but not required. Register by emailing to oakcreekapples@gmail.com.

    This is the first of a series of 4 monthly meetings for fall 2019.

    The Oak Creek Apples Macintosh Users Group (OCAMUG) is exclusively an educational institution for the public on the use of Apple Computers and other iOS devices, including maintenance, security, and software applications. OCAMUG is a 501.c.3 organization and donations are tax deductible. Membership in the Oak Creek Apples is open to anyone who wishes to belong. For more information ask at the meeting greeting table. Thank you for your interest in and support of the OCAMUG.

    If you recently moved to Sedona, you may notice that every four years, residents vote on something called Home Rule. The July 21 vote is simply about who controls Sedona’s city budget.

    Home Rule allows the city government, Staff with limitations, and Council to spend any money they have on any project they want without regard to voter input.
