VERDE VALLEY, Ariz. – Northern Arizona Healthcare (NAH) announced that Rachel Hansen, FNP, has joined the NAH primary care office in Camp Verde. She is accepting patients now. Hansen joins NAH physicians, Anjaneyulu Kosaraju, MD, Steven Taylor, DO, and Norma Erivez, FNP, at the office, who help families and the community stay healthy by offering personalized preventive and diagnostic care.

“We are so pleased to welcome Rachel to the Camp Verde Primary Care office team,” said Northern Arizona Healthcare Medical Group President Pasquale Bernardi, MD. “Rachel’s passion about health care was clear from the start and she’s bringing that devotion to serve the community with comprehensive primary care. We are excited to continue to grow our group of primary care providers to give Verde Valley-area residents an array of providers to choose from,” Dr. Bernardi added.

Hansen’s patient philosophy is to listen closely, assess thoroughly and educate her patients with care. She believes in addressing even the smallest medical concerns, knowing that early detection and prevention are essential. Rachel prioritizes helping her patients feel seen and heard, working with them just as much as for them. She sees health as a collaborative effort between the provider and patient.

Hansen earned her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) at Walden University in Baltimore, and her undergraduate degree in nursing from the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque. She is board certified with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

Rachel Hansen is seeing patients at the Camp Verde Primary Care office, at 1298 W. Finnie Flat Road, Ste. 101. Please call 928-639-5555 or schedule online at NAHealth.com. If you recently moved to Sedona, you may notice that every four years, residents vote on something called Home Rule. The July 21 vote is simply about who controls Sedona’s city budget.

    No Home Rule

Home Rule allows the city government, Staff with limitations, and Council to spend any money they have on any project they want without regard to voter input.
