    Memorial Day Service at Sedona Military Park

    Sedona Area Veteran & Community OutreachSedona News – Sedona’s SAVCO organization (Sedona Area Veteran & Community Outreach) will conduct the first full Memorial Day service in three years Monday May 30th, 0900-1000 at the Sedona Military Park which is located within the Jack Jameson Memorial Sculpture Park, 25 Northview Rd Sedona AZ. Members of the Civil Air Patrol Verde Valley Composite Squadron 205 and the Sedona Police Explores Post #7100 program will participate as well.

    John Currivan, a Navy pilot and JAG Officer is this year’s guest speaker. Bugler Captain Dean Cathcart from the Civil Air Patrol will be on hand as well as local singing sensations Samantha Noelle and Kaleidoscope Redrocks. Actress Quartay Denaya will recite the Gettysburg Address.

    A large shade tent and seating from Verde Events will be provided as well as wreaths from Mountain High Flowers.
