Verde Valley News – Sedona’s new resident, celebrity comedian Melinda Hill, is donating her engagement ring to charity with her S.L.A.Y. comedy tour kicking off in Sedona this weekend June 1st and June 2!
Celebrity comedian Melinda Hill, who has an Amazon comedy special and has starred in TV and movies is calling her new tour S.L.A.Y. for Self Love and Yes. She became member of the Sedona community when she moved here to heal herself from a toxic relationship and betrayal trauma, and fell in love with the area. She is now auctioning her engagement ring (worth thousands of dollars) to benefit Verde Valley Sanctuary whose mission it is to support victims of family abuse and sexual assault, all info below. Her special brand of comedy is HEAL-arity: Healing with Humor and will be performed at different venues- everything from yoga studios to theaters supporting female empowerment — get out and laugh this weekend for a good cause! She will tell you the whole story but you have to come out to see it.

Auction info: Engagement ring auction! Melinda has ended her engagement and is auctioning her spectacular engagement ring for charity! All proceeds will be donated to Verde Valley Sanctuary (VVS), whose mission is to provide safety, services, and comfort to survivors of domestic and sexual violence.
This ring has been valued at $8,000 with tax by Oscar Design Jewelry at time of purchase and is 18K Zircon with a double diamond halo. The opening bid is $1,000 with a minimum bid increase of $100
The auction begins today May 21st, 2024 and ends December 31st 2024 at 11:59 p.m. PST and the winner will be announced at that time.
