    For all of you emotionally making comments and getting upset about Garcia, “This Maryland Father” who was mistakenly deported: Time for a reality check.

    Garcia had his day in court despite what the crazy democrats and media are yelling. He was under deportation order prior to being sent to El Salvador, over 5 years ago. But you won’t hear that from the main stream media. They’re too focused on Democrats making fools of themselves.

    Funny how they leave stuff out so the crazies can protest in the streets. But I’m not surprised.

    Part of the excerpt from a news investigation report is below, including rulings from two judges.

    The court granted a “withholding from removal order” due to Barrio -18, a rival gang that Garcia claimed would put his life endanger if sent back to El Salvado. He says he’s not a member of MS-13 but he can’t go back because of a rival gang? That’s a bit strange. Barrio -18 was the rival to MS13. Not to mention the MS13 tattoo on his knuckles.

    Note: that gang (Barrio-18) does not exist anymore. The new El Savasor president made that happen. He was not supposed to be deported because of the 2019 ruling, not because he did not get his day in court. He in fact did. The mistake the feds made was not knowing that his deportation order was put on hold in 2019, the “withholding from removal” order . The president of El Salvado is not sending him back no matter how many goofy grandstanding Democrats run down to El Salvador.

    Bottom line, IF Garcia ever comes back, he is a citizen of El Salvador and will just be deported to another country. He is an illegal alien. He broke US law like 10 to 20 million others. And they need to be taken out of the country as fast as they walked in. His legal options are over.

    If people want to apply for asylum,  that’s not an issue, but you do it BEFORE YOU ARE ALLOWED TO COME IN. Breaking our laws is not a good start. Better to self deport then apply.

    I’m more worried as we all should be about the estimated 2 million gotaways that we have no idea where they are. They did not want to interface with border patrol .  And what’s with the 20,000  young Chinese men that were allowed to come into California, not families. And where are the 350,000 missing kids.

    According to his lawyers, Mr Abrego Garcia has never been convicted of any criminal offence, including gang membership, in the US or in El Salvador. He lived in the US for 14 years, had three children and worked in construction, according to court records

    But the judge who presided over his 2019 case said that based on the confidential information, there was sufficient evidence to support Mr Abrego Garcia’s gang membership. That finding was later upheld by another judge.

    As a result Mr Abrego Garcia was refused bail and remained in custody. During this time he applied for asylum to prevent his deportation to El Salvador.

    In October 2019 he was granted a “withholding of removal” order, court documents show – a status different from asylum, but one which prevented the US government from sending him back to El Salvador because he could face harm.

    Mr. Abrego Garcia’s lawyers say that he was granted the status based on his “well-founded” fear of persecution by Barrio-18, the main rival gang of MS-13.(huh)

    He said that prior to him entering the US, his family and their business had been threatened and extorted by Barrio-18.

    Since 2019, when he was released with the protective order, Mr Abrego Garcia’s lawyers say he has had yearly check-ins with immigration officials, which he has attended “without fail and without incident”.

      Great analysis, Mike. It shows why the Democrats’ acceptance level is below 30%. They let in millions of illegal immigrants into the country, and now are fighting to keep them here…a bit sick . That issue, along with their supporting men using women’s locker rooms and competing against women in sports, is another reason that party is tanking to its lowest level..It is sad when a political party, with its long history, has imploded because of supporting so many foolish ideas and ideals.

        I served my country for 15+ years in uniform. I served in 4 Combat Zones for a total of 6 years consecutively. I’ve worked the US/Mex Border as a member of JTF-VI three years off and on while stationed in the CONUS. I have been a Peace Keeper under the UN and NATO. I also served my country as a Federal Counterterrorism Officer.

        I am also rated Traumatically Injured Terminally ill as a result of chemical and radiological weapons 100% Total And Permanently Disabled by my service to this country by the former US Department of Veterans Affairs now the DOGE disaster that is Dump and Elonia!

        What have you done for your country other than live a comfy privileged life except get wealthy while safe at home?
