Sedona AZ– The Arts Academy of Sedona (AAS) invites the community to its next Friday Night at the Theater, a monthly cabaret-style showcase celebrating the rich artistic talent of the Verde Valley. Presented on the third Friday of each month, the event takes place at AAS’s new theater home in The New Room at Sedona United Methodist Church, 110 Indian Cliffs Road, Sedona.
On Friday, June 19, from 7:00–8:30 p.m., audiences are invited to enjoy an uplifting evening filled with music, dance, storytelling, poetry, comedy, and theatrical performance. Designed to bring people together through the arts, Friday Night at the Theater offers a welcoming space where creativity, connection, and community take center stage.
This month’s lineup features an outstanding array of local performers, including Sedona’s First Poet Laureate Gary Every, The Village Troubadours (Chantal Harte and Jashan Blackwell), vocalist Ivory LaNoue, Chris Redish of Zen Prov, Sandi Schenholm, Terra Shelman, Steve Jenness, Bart Cookus, and Craig Schneider. The evening will be hosted by Camilla Ross of Emerson Theater Collaborative.
Whether you’re looking for an inspiring night out, an opportunity to discover local talent, or simply a chance to gather with friends and neighbors, Friday Night at the Theater promises an entertaining and memorable experience. Guests are encouraged to arrive early, enjoy light refreshments, and connect with fellow community members before and after the performances.
