Sedona, Az–To commemorate America 250, the Sedona Heritage Museum is offering free admission for local residents every Thursday throughout summer 2026. Local residents will receive free admission to the Museum every Thursday starting June 18 and continuing through August 27.
Residents of Sedona, Village of Oak Creek, and the entire Verde Valley are considered local. To receive their free admission, local residents need only tell Museum staff and volunteers at the front desk that they are local. There is no limit to the number of times local residents may take advantage of this opportunity.
“America 250 is an excellent excuse to visit your local history museum,” said Nate Meyers, executive director. “Visit the Sedona Heritage Museum to learn about Sedona’s place in local, regional, state, and national history. You’ll find out that local history is national history.”
