    City of Sedona ArizonaSedona AZ (October 15, 2019) – Decomposing organics make landfills the third largest producers of methane, a greenhouse gas. Calling all moldy, squishy, jack-o-lanterns:  the Sedona Parks and Recreation Department and Compost Crowd will keep your pumpkins out of the landfill. Drop-off your carved pumpkins with Compost Crowd on Tuesday, Nov. 5, for free. Compost Crowd will set up in the parking lot near the baseball fields at Posse Grounds Park, 525 Posse Ground Rd.  2-6 p.m.

    What is a life anyway? A single “life?” Is it nothing more than a collection of emotions and thoughts, reverberating pain and pleasure, hopes, dreams and fear? Are we merely meat; flesh and blood creations encapsulating what we believe is a soul? Or is a single life the microcosm and macrocosm of human life on earth, each one of us a unique representation of who we believe we are and the whole of humanity at once? We are born. We grow old.
