Sedona AZ (April 2, 2019) – The Mental Health Coalition Verde Valley is partnering with Spectrum Healthcare, Sedona International City of Peace and Aumbase Sedona to launch the second season of “Meditation Monday in the Park” beginning on April 15 and continuing every Monday until September 30. The community meditation will be from 5:30pm-6:30pm at The Pavilion at Posse Grounds Park and will be led by a member of the partner organizations.

Sedona AZ (April 2, 2019) – Join the city for a Celebration of Spring, Saturday, April 20, from 9 a.m.–1 p.m. at Posse Grounds Park. This fun, family-friendly event will be held on the multi-use field with games and vendors galore. Included will be carnival rides, a petting zoo and live entertainment. The egg hunts begin at 10 a.m. for children 12 and younger, and hunts will be divided into four age groups. Some 21,000 eggs are waiting to be found! Local businesses will be on site with interactive displays and the Easter bunny will be on hand for pictures.

There will be one show at 4:00 p.m. at the festival’s Mary D. Fisher Theatre. Not only will the paving of Schnebly Hill Road erode the scenic beauty of this gorgeous area, it will also spread Sedona’s traffic mess over a larger area and likely exacerbate the traffic problem we currently have on SR 179 between the Schnebly Hill Road roundabout and the “Y” roundabout.Big and bold solutions are necessary to reduce tourism and solve Sedona’s traffic crisis once and for all. Prescott AZ (March 29, 2019) – In April of 2016 the City of Prescott embarked on ambitious planning efforts to study Watson Lake and the upper portions of Granite Creek Watershed.
