Sedona Heritage MuseumSedona AZ (December 10, 2020) – In celebration of the Christmas season, Michael Peach will give a reading of the Charles Dickens’ classic “A Christmas Carol” at the Sedona Heritage Museum on Saturday December 19 at 3:00 p.m. in the historic Fruit Packing Shed. The shed is heated, but warm clothes are recommended, depending on the weather. Seating will be limited with chairs spaced apart per COVID safety guidelines.

Encounters with the ghosts of Christmases Past, Present and Future teach miserly Ebenezer Scrooge what it means to be human in this perennial holiday favorite. Guests are encouraged to come early to enjoy refreshments in the Museum and then enjoy Peach’s dramatic and inspiring narrative.

Michael is an award winning actor and playwright who loves history. A long-time fixture at the Museum, he regularly performs a show of his original cowboy poetry and stories there.

This special performance and reading is about an hour long and appropriate for all audiences. In lieu of paid admissions, each guest is asked to bring new non-perishable food items or $6 to be donated to the Sedona Food Bank.

The Museum Gift Shop, which specializes in locally made items, including Michael Peach’s books and cds, will be open before and after the show.

The Sedona Heritage Museum is on the National Register of Historic Places, and located at 735 Jordan Rd. in Jordan Historical Park in Uptown Sedona. For more information, call the museum at 928-282-7038. SedonaMuseum.org.
