Sedona AZ (September 11, 2020) – Through September 15, Yavapai County will be accepting comments from residents on the proposed Spring Creek Ranch development through an online survey. This is the formal mechanism Yavapai County is using during COVID-19 to collect and record comments. Click the following link to complete the survey: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/SpringCreek.

The Planning and Zoning hearing on Spring Creek Ranch will take place at 9:00 AM on Thursday September 17 at 10 S 6th Street in Cottonwood. Spring Creek Ranch will be the 4th of four petitions heard that day.
20 residents will be allowed to attend the hearing in person, with everyone else having to view the hearing online. To view online, you can CLICK HERE as the proceeding begins at 9:00 AM on Thursday September 17.
Only those 20 residents will be allowed to speak at the hearing. The only way for others to let the County know their feelings about this proposal is to complete the survey.
