I have been saying it for years, either the Arizona Corporation Commission (ACC) is corrupt or incompetent, or both. Incompetence is a certainty, and now it looks like corruption is too.

A whistleblower from inside the ACC has come forward and nailed former commissioners Gary Pierce and Brenda Burns as well as current commissioner Bob Stump and ACC “Executive Director” Jodi Jerich.

Interestingly, the link to the Whistle Blower’s letter comes up with a message that the web page is no longer available or has been taken down.

      Curious.

@ Paul Miller — The link works for me and the letter is still up. Try this: https://help.azcentral.com/

Also, here is the link to the 12 News story. There is a link to the whistleblower’s letter in it also.

In the 12 News story there’s a humorous quote from ACC commissioner Bob Stump saying “Rest assured that this Commission takes all allegations seriously and I am confident that a thorough investigation will be conducted.” Right. He took it so seriously that when he was told last September — when he was chairman — he did absolutely nothing about it.

Thanks much, the two links opened just fine!
