This year FVD is adding the Creator Faire, which will allow local creators to show their talent, demonstrate how to make or create and give people attending the event an opportunity for hands-on involvement.

FVD is also bringing back the beard and mustache contest along with the vintage bonnet and prettiest hat contest. WOW Bubbles will return for the fall event as will the second birding excursion.

For those that are tone deaf, Karaoke will take the stage Friday evening and real music will be heard Saturday evening and Sunday late morning and early afternoon. Artists in the community, including talented students from the Verde Valley, will exhibit in the popular Fort Verde Days Art Show. Visit: www.campverdepromotions.org/fort-verde-days
