    Friday, November 21, 9:30 am – 11:00 am

Sedona, AZ — The Democrats of the Red Rocks (DORR) host “Why We Left MAGA”, with Rich Logis, founder of LeavingMAGA.org, and fellow activist Madison Morrison on Friday, November 21, 9:30 to 11:00 am at the Sedona Community Center, 2615 Melody Lane in West Sedona and on zoom.

Rich Logis is a small business owner in Florida and founder of LeavingMAGA.org.  A former activist in the MAGA community, Logis founded the non-profit to provide a community for former MAGA Americans who empower others to leave the movement.   As a teenager, Madison Morrison was also “hard-core” MAGA. She is now a political activist and digital content creator who works to dispel myths perpetuated by white supremacist groups.  Both Logis and Morrison will share their personal journeys from MAGA supporters to MAGA critics.

Should prove interesting. Although the question isn’t why people leave MAGA because that is quite obvious. The question is why do people join a cult of racist, felonious criminals, conspiracy theorists believe nut jobs and insurrectionist in the first place?

    Compassion Has no Party

Whether you are Republican or Democrat, liberal or conservative, one truth remains: the vast majority of people on this planet are, at their core, decent. They believe in fairness, in dignity, and in the simple idea that other human beings matter.
