… the beginning of a week in which I have very few things planned and have decided to spend much of the days working on my unleashed images … composites of two or more photographs plus some artwork and lots of imagination creating images that exist only in my minds eye.
The image above is of an ancient tree trunk scarred and weathered, located in Sunset Crater national Monument. There was a great deal of fabulous wood to photograph up there prior to the Museum fire … hope it survived the fire and will check it out this spring when the snow is gone. The image evokes thoughts of forever, ancients and the vastness of the universe. An ancient spirit freed at last!
Below is a composite that I first created several years ago … I had been on a walk around the golf course with a friend and I took this photo of her as she was backlit by the setting sun … in mere hours the sky free of scattered light from the sun opened a window into the universe as seen by me … guardian or gate keeper to forever!

In addition to sales of photographs already taken Ted does special shoots for patrons on request and also does air-to-air photography for those who want photographs of their airplanes in flight. All special photographic sessions are billed on an hourly basis.
Ted also does one-on-one workshops for those interested in learning the techniques he uses. By special arrangement Ted will do one-on-one aerial photography workshops which will include actual photo sessions in the air.
