    Yavapai College Announces Free Tuition for the Fall Semester to Students Who Enroll in Classes in the New Verde Valley Skilled Trades Center

    Yavapai CollegeClarkdale AZ (June 23, 2021) – Yavapai College has announced that it will offer free tuition to any student who enrolls in classes in the College’s new Verde Valley Skilled Trades Center.

    The free tuition will cover all classes for the entire fall semester, and classes begin on August 16.

    The Verde Valley Skilled Trades Center is a new, 10,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art facility located on the College’s Clarkdale Campus. Students who take classes in the Skilled Trades Center will receive hands-on training in essential career and technical trade programs.

    Certifications inside the center include:

    Healing Paws

    Sedona Gift Shop

    • Construction Certificate
    • Electrical Certificate (can be completed in two semesters)
    • HVAC Certificate (can be completed in two semesters)
    • Plumbing Certificate (can be completed in two semesters)

    These four trade areas have been identified as crucial areas of need in the Verde Valley and Yavapai County. Upon completing their certificate, students will be ready to enter the workforce immediately in these high-demand jobs and stay close to home.

    Watching the latest debate from end to end once again it appears that the future of the GOP rests upon the shoulders of Vivek Ramasamy. Not sure exactly why but he simply outshines the pack. He has fresh energy and is light on his feet. He’s smart, confident and slick. He has snap. Crackle and Pop. He is young. A successful businessman and fearless. He is like a young Trump apprentice, full of vim and vigor and ready to rumble. Everyone else on the debate stage appeared dull, cranky or lifeless. Halley looked like she was suffering from a terminal case of constipation and badly needs a wardrobe manager. Christie looked like someone who bit into an apple, found a half-eaten worm, and decided to eat it anyway. DeSantis just keeps getting more and more boring; a somnambulist on Percocet.
