… another nice day and enforcing a relaxed take on the day making myself refrain from work, spend some time just doing nothing and enjoying watching the clock which continues to advance and I contemplate the things I should be doing and delight in the joy of not doing them … but I am thinking about them … and happy that is as far as it gets. I still seem to accomplish a lot but am truly enjoying the periods I merely think about it. I can sense that this about to change again, but will treasure these relaxed moments and savor the delicious nothingness.

I like this shot of the side of Humphreys Peak with snow and a glacier like field of snow that appears to be flowing down the slope. It has a feel of aloneness on that rugged and empty slope … no ski trails there … no people … only the quiet of the mountain and the sound of the wind sculpting the snow.

We’re into the weekend … back Monday morning. Have a wonderful weekend and share your joy. Life is good and so are most people … seek them out and be their friends and don’t be surprised if they are seeking you out too.

I saw or thought I saw the figure of a woman standing in the dim light …
    “What are you writing?”
“A story of perfect love”, I answered
“Lay down your pen and live with me the story you are writing”, she said
“I am ready!” I cried, and arising, I started toward her; but there was nothing there.

    Beatles Tribute at Blazin’ M

I can honestly say, having grown up in the Bronx in the 60s, that if it had not been for the Beatles I most likely would have grown up to be a criminal or been killed in a violent gang war.
