Sedona News: The thoughts that keep recycling, that replay, the persistent reruns of life’s trauma, want only one thing, to be invited in, accepted for what they are. They are not unlike the small child huddled within desperately crying for love.

Whatever causes us to flinch, to turn away, to run and hide will return again and again until at last we meet it fully, embrace it for its teachings, see it as part of what was, the unmet moment still resonating within body mind and heart.

In the moment of trauma it is natural to pull away, to run and hide, if only within the mind. Survival comes first. Healing comes later when we are strong enough to meet the demon now lodged within. Any experience we cannot meet stops its forward momentum, takes up residence within, until we can open and experience it fully.

Every experience asks only one thing: meet me directly fully in open hearted surrender, in full acceptance of Yes, this is here now! This is true years beyond the event, when the memories lie in wait, ambushing you when you least expect them.
They are patient persistent precious, openings into a higher capacity for love. They ask one thing: What you couldn’t do then, do now. Meet me, meet me, meet me now! A true meeting sets both you and the experience free.

Editor’s Note: There is no appropriate bio for Amaya Gayle. She doesn’t exist other than as an expression of Consciousness Itself. Talking about her in biographical terms is a disservice to the truth and to anyone who might be led to believe in such nonsense. None of us exist, not in the way we think. Ideas spring into words. Words flow onto paper and yet no one writes them. They simply appear fully formed. Looking at her you would swear this is a lie. She’s there after all, but honestly, she’s not. Bios normally wax on about accomplishments and beliefs, happenings in time and space. She has never accomplished anything, has no beliefs and like you was never born and will never die. The Politics of Pain

If there’s one thing nearly every living organism on this planet shares, it is the ability to feel pain. The pain of hunger. Of loneliness. Of illness. The pain of broken bones and broken bodies, broken hearts and broken homes. The pain of poverty, depression, the death of someone we love—and, eventually, the anticipation of our own death. Pain, in all its shapes and shadows, is the one certainty life gives us all. No one escapes it.
