Sedona AZ (September 4, 2018) – The Sedona International Film Festival (SIFF) and the Mary D Fisher Theatre just received the Conservationist/Bronze level Sustainable Business Certification. They provide transportation for major events like the Film Festival and have a special Sedona Green Sustainable Film Series each year to educate the public. Executive director Patrick Schweiss is proud about their role supporting other local non-profits. “We partner with social/environmental organizations to present films here at the theatre and provide opportunities for those organizations to collect donations and do philanthropic work to further their missions.” They also buy all green power from Arizona Public Service.
