    Manager, Mayor & Council Members,

Whose idea was it for Ginger Graham to send out a press release uncritically repeating the ADHS propaganda?

I am amazed. First it was Nick Gioello sending out the CCST propaganda 2 years ago when “smart” meters arrived on Council’s radar screen, and now this. At least Gioello’s nonsense only went out to a small number.

I think you should send out a press release promoting my report on the ADHS study. Did any of you read it? You should. It’s attached.

The ADHS study is the work of incompetents who got basic information completely wrong and did not even understand the stuff they were reading. They blatantly misrepresented studies and omitted material facts. I prove all that in detail in my report.

The ADHS study is scandalously bad, and even completely unprofessional with its grammatical mistakes and wholesale lifting of sentences from reports without attribution. Nobody even had the guts to put their name to it.

Additionally, I am about to release a video demonstrating the inaccuracy of the measurements taken in the ADHS study. I bought the $135 microwave meter ARRA used in the ADHS study and field tested it, comparing it with professional equipment. It’s a piece of inaccurate junk — measurements off by a mile. My video will make the ADHS look even worse. Will you send my video out as a press release?

Shame on Graham and whoever authorized the press release. She really needs to issue an apology for spreading misinfo to whomever she sent the press release, recommend they read mine if they want the truth, and get her promotional press release off the City’s site.

    Sincerely,

    Warren Woodward

Mr. Woodward, Thank you for your letters! I have read the ones you sent to the ACC and to the judge re: the case against APS. Very well researched and much appreciated by those of us who can’t access the details you expose.

Please keep up the good work on our behalf!!
