Camp Verde News – The Town of Camp Verde is pleased to announce that applications are now being accepted for the FY25 Community Outreach Funds. A total of $50,000 has been allocated by Town Council to support non-profit organizations that serve and enrich the Camp Verde community. Camp Verde News – On April 20th, 2025, at approximately 3:45pm, human skeletal remains were found in a vacant field near Finnie Flat Road in Camp Verde. The remains have yet to be identified and there is no obvious cause of death at this time. Camp Verde Detective’s are currently working with the Yavapai County Medical Examiner’s Office to identify the remains using DNA technology. Information gathered and available at this time, is that remains likely belong to that of a 50+ year old male individual, that the subject has been in this location and deceased for approximately 12-18 months…
