Arizona News – Volunteers with the Arizona Department of Transportation’s Adopt a Highway program make a difference throughout the year, but the combination of Arizona Volunteer Week and Earth Day provides even more reason to get involved. … another shot of an Osprey as he leaves his perch at our arrival in the shallow branch off Castle Hot Springs Bay … a couple talons just leaving the branch he was perched on with legs extended after the initial thrust and the wings about to begin a power stroke as he enters flight.
