    Sedona AZ News: Get ready Sedona to kick off this year’s 13th Annual Sedona Wine Fest celebration at the Sound Bites Grill Opening Night Party in Uptown Sedona to be held Friday, September 23, from 6 to 9 p.m. at the restaurant.

    This is a party not to be miss. It is like one of Sound Bites New Year’s Eve parties. Tickets are only $89 plus tax, including gratuity, to celebrate the Verde Valley Wine Consortium. 

    Price includes dinner, wine tasting and live music with Will Donato and Eddie Reddick.

    There will be four wine stations open from 6-8p.m.representing Alcantara, Javelina Leap, Caduceus and Cove Mesa. 

    Commemorative Sedona Wine Fest Glasses will be offered and there will be a Photo Booth to take pictures of you.

    An elaborate buffet style dinner will be offered from 6 to 8p.m. that includes:

    To Start:

    Shrimp Mexicana – tiger shrimp cut in pieces in a clamato, cilantro, celery, jalapeno sauce, with tortilla chips

    Butternut Risotto Cakes stuffed with Homemade Spicy Italian Sausage & some without sausage

    SBG Fall Mixed Greens Salad with organic  roasted golden beets, candied pecans, heirloom cherry tomatoes, cranberries and Julien of carrots, tossed with a 

    The Main Course:

    Carved New York Strip Loin with a mushroom demi sauce

    (Craving Station – Beef carved & served by Chef)

    Fresh Salmon with a chipotle mango gaze

    Chicken Picatta lemon, white wine, & capers

    To Go With Your Dinner:

    Roasted Potatoes, Poblano Sweet Potatoes Mashers, Grilled Vegetables, Parmesan Tomatoes, & Green Beans

    And the Sweets Afterwards:

    Cheesecake, Chocolate Flourless TrianglesBananas Foster Flambé-Served over Hagen Dazs vanilla ice cream

    The event celebrates the success of the Verde Valley Wine Consortium which is a Wine producers trade organization that promotes, enhances and connects every part of the wine community in the Verde Valley.

    Will DonatoLive Music will also be offered featuring “The Art of Sax” with Will Donato & Eddie Reddick

    You will also enjoy classics and jazz standards, and original compositions from Will Donato & Eddie Reddick.

     Saxophonist Will Donato is one of music’s most dynamic performers, gifted with the ability to bond and connect with his audiences. Will can also be heard as on the soundtracks from several movie scores including Thelma and Louise, The Wedding Planner, Under the Boardwalk, and No Mans Land.

    The Sedona Wine Fest will be, from 11 a.m. – 5 p.m. on Saturday, September 24th and Sunday, September 25th.

    It will feature a number of local food trucks, award-winning wines from the state’s best wineries, with winemakers in attendance from each of the state’s three wine growing regions (full list of wineries to be released soon). Wineries currently attending (with more to come), include:
