logo clarkdalecentennialClarkdale AZ (March 14, 2012) – In the continuation of Clarkdale’s and Arizona’s Centennial celebration – a group of hardy?! Clarkdale residents will be going up on “C” mountain in Clarkdale to paint the “C”. The event takes place on Saturday, March 31, 2012 from 7 am until it gets painted! The event begins at the Clarkdale Historical Museum located at 900 First North (next to the Clarkdale Police Department) with the painting crew meeting to travel to the top of “C” mountain. Since painting activities are restricted to a few – all others (the smart ones) will be able to view the painting activities from the museum. So bring your binoculars, spotting scopes or cameras and a lawn chair to sit and watch the FUN!!! A continental breakfast will be available at the museum for $3. For more information contact Robyn Prud’homme-Bauer at rcpbauer@gmail.com.
