“Smart” Meter Court Case Update, Pt. III –
Another Appeal as Judge Rules Against Me

On November 5th, 2015, the judge in my “smart” meter case against the Arizona Corporation Commission (ACC) and its five commissioners ruled that my Notice of Appeal was “untimely and thus this Court does not have jurisdiction…”

His written statement was brief. He basically said he agreed with the ACC’s “authorities and arguments.”

Actually, the ACC’s “authorities and arguments” had no basis in law and were downright bizarre. Not bragging but I thought I wiped the floor with them. (See what you think. My reply to the ACC that the judge disagreed with is here: http://box5406.temp.domains/~pdxoggmy//wp-content/uploads/20150909_woodward_ACC-REPLY-TO-DEFENDANTS-with-exhibits.pdf )

I knew this judge was biased from the start, and I unsuccessfully tried to get rid of him and have a different judge hear my case. This judge’s record is awful. He’s been reprimanded several times for improper conduct, and in 2008 he was the only judge in Arizona who did not meet the Judicial Performance Standards of the Arizona Commission on Judicial Performance Review. (Details about his deplorable background are here: http://box5406.temp.domains/~pdxoggmy//wp-content/uploads/20150816_woodward_Smart-Meter-Court-Case-Update.pdf )

So anyway, yesterday I appealed from his judgement to the Court of Appeals. We’ll see if the Court of Appeals is any better. But with all the corruption, lawlessness and incompetence that has surrounded the “smart” meter issue over the years it’s beginning to look like author Claire Wolfe was right when she said, “America’s at an awkward stage. It’s too late to work within the system and too early to shoot the bastards.”

What can we do ? These thieves are all around us. In addition to this is Private prisons, The hoax of the drug war, to keep the prisons full to make money just a few of the things our corrupt government has pushed on us.
