Today I spoke with Don Conrad, the head of the Arizona Attorney General’s Criminal Division. I had wanted to set up an appointment to discuss laws broken by the Arizona Corporation Commission (ACC), in particular the ACC’s multiple violations of A.R.S. 40-253 (as outlined in detail on pages 2 through 7 of my appeal here: http://images.edocket.azcc.gov/docketpdf/0000163221.pdf ).

Those violations are not a matter of opinion. A.R.S. 40-253 specifies the procedure the ACC must follow when dealing with an appeal. In the case of my appeal of last December, the ACC’s multiple violations of A.R.S. 40-253 are part of the public record. In other words, anyone can look up what the law says. Then they can look up the time-line of ACC actions and see that the record is clear – the ACC broke the law repeatedly.

But in the phone conversation with Don Conrad today, he told me that he had reviewed what I’d sent him and that his position was that the matter was not worth his time or resources to pursue.

Meanwhile, the ACC corruption scandal continues to unfold.

“Stump has said there’s nothing to see here ….” Ha! Of course there isn’t now that he’s deleted his messages and chucked his phone.

Thank you for all your hard work concerning the smart meters. After 10 years in the same location, a smart meter was installed on our rented office building. No amount of evidence/documentation could convince the landlord to uninstall the smart meter. We had no choice but to vacate the building. From the first day the smart meter was installed, (actually a bank of 8 smart meters just outside the door to our office) people working in the office had one medical malady after another – bleeding gums leading to severe gum disease, migraine headaches, herpes cold sores, back aches, shooting pains in neck and shoulders, feelings of confusion, and sleepless nights. Of course these symptoms could be anything, except these symptoms are plaguing employees and clients who were otherwise healthy and the symptoms came on suddenly. Now that we have moved out of the office, my business associates and I no longer feel ill and are back to being our normal healthy selves. I didn’t even realize the smart meters had been installed until I began leaving the office every day with a migraine headache. I have never had headaches like those before and I haven’t experienced one since moving from the office. I truly appreciate all the hard work and dedication you have to keep up with this story. Many people who are sick should check to see if they have a smart meter installed on home/office and immediately have it removed. I’ll bet they’ll feel much better in no time.

@ can’t agree more! — The health problems you mention are typical “smart” meter caused ones. Your story should be in the ACC docket. Actually there are two dockets that could use your comments. You could just copy and paste what you have written above. The ACC Public Comment page is here: . The docket #s are E-01345A-13-0069 and E-00000C-11-0328.

Video capture of Sedona resident expressing his views on Sedona’s spy cameras

    By Tommy Acosta

The Sedona City Council through a majority consensus voted 5–1 at its Wednesday, August 13, special meeting, to temporarily shelve a controversial auto license-reading surveillance program, with council members  Melissa Dunn, Kathy Kinsella  Brian Fultz,  Derek J. Pfaf and Pete Furman giving a thumbs down,  and Sedona Mayor Scott Jablow supporting the cameras.
