Sedona AZ (March 20, 2015) – Duke and Duchess, our pets of the week, were left to the Humane Society of Sedona shelter when their owner sadly passed away. These two, 10 year young siblings spent their entire lives together in a home and they are ready to spend the second half of their 9 lives in the same fashion. They make a royal pair! You can take a peek at them online by visiting:

    Ode to Sleeplessness

    By Amaya Gayle Gregory

I sleep well most nights. This is something relatively new for me. For many years, I was a raging insomniac. I didn’t sleep well last night and found myself meditating around 4am, not so much to get to sleep but for something to pass the time.
