Sedona AZ (December 12, 2014) – Cornucopia Community Advocates, Marketplace Cafe and world-class guitarist Anthony Mazzella invite you to an evening of FUNdraising. Join us for great music, incredible food and a raffle with your chance to win vacations, beautiful art and other prizes, all while supporting a charitable cause. The event will be on December 20th at Marketplace Cafe, 6645 State Route 179, Sedona, from 6:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M.

20141212_MPCfundraiserCornucopia is raising money to support our emergency financial aid and hunger programs throughout Sedona and the Verde Valley. Cornucopia gives a “hand-up” to our neighbors facing hunger, income loss, eviction, utility shut-off, etc. By paying for food, rent, utilities, or car repair, our neighbors can get back on their feet. 100% of your donation goes to help your neighbors in need!

“Sometimes when we are generous in small, barely detectable ways it can change someone else’s life forever.” Margaret Cho

Cornucopia Community Advocates is a nonprofit organization created in 2000, dedicated to the mission of enhancing community spirit and effectiveness through sharing resources. CCA is involved in direct service programs and in community resource development. Cornucopia Community Affiliates operate over 24 charitable services, serving thousands of people who share a common interest—improving the quality of life in their area of community service.

Anthony Mazzella is a professional recording artist, concert guitarist and producer. BILLBOARD Magazine describes him as “the new generation of guitar hero” and GUITAR ONE magazine voted him “one of the top ten guitarists in the country” Anthony released 6 CD’s and currently performs regularly in Scottsdale and Sedona Arizona. He has performed in many states and countries and occasionally still performs nationally and internationally.

The Marketplace Cafe is involved in many creative ways in the community. We believe strongly that our presence in the community is about being more than just an outstanding restaurant. We are a place where local residents and tourists come together to “celebrate life“. We are also a catalyst for various community events that enhance our quality of life and help support worthy charitable causes that benefit the young and the old. “Making a Difference” in the lives of our neighbors is part of our mission and our purpose — inspiring us to be the best that we can be.
