… the Heron is on his perch while the moon rises and the sun sets; the scattering of light on particles in our atmosphere present a blue background, but soon the light will fade and the veil over the mysteries of space will once again be set aside and the stars and the galaxies will be visible to our eyes once again. A little more time and I would have done it myself, but it is late and I need to be in the air by 6:30AM to go down to Falcon to get a few minor issues resolved with Mariah … then home and up to Flagstaff to get the 95 Van which is having some work done on it. Had a great weekend, visits with friends, church, flying and a little rest.
While I was getting Mariah out of the shade, I saw a large corporate jet on downwind for R21 so I grabbed the camera and went out to get some shots of it as it came in. A very cool ship and I put some of the stats in the image. One of the larger ships we get in up here and I got this one just as the wheels smoked the landing; they carry a lot of weight and the going from no revolutions to landing speed creates a little friction :+)
A new week with an old promise … it will happen and we get to choose our perception of it.

In addition to sales of photographs already taken Ted does special shoots for patrons on request and also does air-to-air photography for those who want photographs of their airplanes in flight. All special photographic sessions are billed on an hourly basis.
Ted also does one-on-one workshops for those interested in learning the techniques he uses. By special arrangement Ted will do one-on-one aerial photography workshops which will include actual photo sessions in the air.
