But the character, vibrance and legacy of Hispanic culture lifts and enriches our communities 365 days a year. Hispanic cultural traditions will be in full flower on the lawns and spaces of Yavapai College next Saturday, in a colorful tapestry of music, dance and remembrance. Yavapai College proudly honors Hispanic Heritage Month with a campus-wide celebration, Saturday, September 21, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., on the Prescott Campus.

For over 50 years, the United States has celebrated Hispanic Heritage Month. At Yavapai College, the event will cover the Prescott Campus with games, prizes, Sonoran Hot Dogs, Folklorico dancers and more. Join us for a family-friendly day that honors the deep faith, rich traditions, vibrant celebrations, rhythmic music, bold flavors, and deep connections of our Hispanic community.
