… into the weekend and many shots of this Black Crowned Night Heron launching itself into flight … his talons have just released from the branch he was perched on and wings ready to pull down as he leaps into the air … a most beautiful moment!
Below is a portrait of a crow that was perched in the pinion pine in our backyard … I like these bad boys of the avian world and they are smart!
Yesterday was a phenomenal day on the lake and we got many more great shots of the wildlife that we seek whilst on the water. By nine in the morning, we pack it in as the heat is rising fast and our models are seeking shelter from the heat of the day and are disappearing.
Into the weekend … have fun and enjoy each day

In addition to sales of photographs already taken Ted does special shoots for patrons on request and also does air-to-air photography for those who want photographs of their airplanes in flight. All special photographic sessions are billed on an hourly basis.
Ted also does one-on-one workshops for those interested in learning the techniques he uses. By special arrangement Ted will do one-on-one aerial photography workshops which will include actual photo sessions in the air.
