    Sedona News – Enjoy your favorite Broadway showstoppers with the acclaimed live production “Best of Broadway” by Showtune Productions on stage at the Mary D. Fisher Theatre.

    There will be two performances — Saturday and Sunday, Oct. 21 and 22 — presented by the Sedona International Film Festival.

    Enjoy showstoppers from such greats as Jersey Boys, Mamma Mia, Chicago, My Fair Lady, Oklahoma, West Side Story, Carole King’s Beautiful, Hair, Funny Girl, Jesus Christ Superstar, CATS, Wicked, Les Miserable, Phantom of the Opera and many more!

    Meet the Cast of “Best of Broadway”

    ELLIE BARRETT-HARVEY (SINGER) is a passionate triple-threat performer crossing her work in musical theatre and opera styles of singing. Favorite credits include: 42nd Street, Something Rotten!, The Producers, A Chorus Line, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Anything Goes, Bandstand and Singin’ in the Rain. She has performed at Feinstein’s 54/Below, Welk Resort, San Diego Opera, Hale Centre Theatre, and studied with The Radio City Rockettes.

    JORDAN BLUTH (SINGER) trained in voice at Indiana University and has since performed as a vocalist with companies across the United States. He is an award-winning recording artist, with multiple solo albums and collaborative projects, and he is frequently sought as a concert soloist.

    KRISTEN DRATHMAN (SINGER) an Arizona native with a BA cum laude in Music Theater from ASU, was classically trained by renowned voice teacher Dr. Judith Cloud. Kristen, who has sung internationally, made her Phoenix Symphony debut as female soloist in A Salute to the Tony’s with Conductor Lawrence Golan. Favorite Phoenix Theatre productions include Swing!, I Love You, You’re Perfect, Now Change, Cole!, Disney’s Beauty and the Beast, I Love A Piano  and The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee.

    JAMIE MICHAEL PARNELL (SINGER) is delighted to be included in this cast of incredible artists.  A native of Montana, Jamie is now a resident of Arizona and the Production Coordinator at Arizona Broadway Theatre. He studied Theatre and Voice at the University of Montana and has sung on stages across the nation. Jamie was most recently seen on stage as ‘Billy Flynn’ in Chicago and ‘Walter Hobbs’ in Elf.  Favorite credits: ‘Dr. Frank-n-furter’ Rocky Horror, ‘Lancelot’ Camelot, ‘Georges’ La Cage aux Folles, ‘Bob Cratchit’ A Christmas Carol, ‘Nicky Arnstein’ Funny Girl.

    JR McALEXANDER (Producer/Pianist) is Executive Director/Musical Director of Arizona-based Showtune Productions which has produced over 60 different productions since 2010 including The Music Man in Concert and Singin’ in the Rain in Concert at the Orpheum-Phoenix and will be producing Beauty and the Beast in Concert at Chandler Center for the Arts this March 2024. He is a 35-year veteran of the professional theatre and has music directed almost 400 productions throughout the United States and Canada including Broadway National Tours of Sunday in the Park with George, All Shook Up, The Wedding Singer, Anything Goes, Footloose and Beehive, The Musical.  JR has worked with numerous stars including Donald O’Connor, Gloria Loring, Gloria DeHaven, Van Johnson and Ken Page and many West End and Broadway stars.

    “Best of Broadway” will take the stage at the Mary D. Fisher Theatre on Saturday, Oct. 21 at 7 p.m. and Sunday, Oct. 22 at 2 p.m. Tickets are $30 in advance; $35 at the door.

    All tickets include a meet-and-greet with the cast in the lobby after each show.
