Let’s start with that big thermonuclear reactor. The one you are happy to see on cold mornings. That thermonuclear reactor, the sun, is about 1,300,000 times the size of the earth.
Then just admit for the sake of debate it’s output could change 1%. For those not good at math 1% is 13,000 earths.
Everything humans do is NOTHING compared to what happens due to a change in the sun’s output. We won’t even go into volcanos.
Another fun facts plants feed on carbon dioxide, CO2. Eliminate carbon dioxide and plants die. OOPS.
The sun’s output has in geologic time recently reduced. Stock up on non perishable food and warm clothing.
I was once upon a time Vice President of a large waste paper dealer. Often the resources used to recycle used more energy than to make new. We charged to haul it off made possible by municipal recycling programs. It made no practical or energy saving sense, but it made people feel good.
Stop consuming kiddies. Stop shopping.
Harsh huh?
Anything else is just feel good nonsense from someone with an agenda.
