… A couple shots of the kids tonight … above is a photo of a juvenile Bald Eagle taking off and exerting enormous power in his wing beats as he enters flight and below we have a shot of a juvenile Black Hawk as he flies along the shore of the trout farm looking for an easy meal. The Bald Eagles do not get their iconic white head and tail feathers until they are around five years old … Black Hawks reach full size in months and maturity in about a year to a year and a half.
Very far behind in replying to your emails and will begin catching up around mid-week, sorry for the delays.
Down to the lake early morning … have a beautiful day and smile.
Cheers,
Ted
