Good reaction times are important for survival in the world most creatures live in and this Coopers Hawk is no exception … you can see he just ducked to avoid an incoming attack by a crow which is disappearing below the branch that the hawk is sitting on … you can see a partial black outline of the crow as he disappears after the attack before climbing back up and trying again.
A good day fine tuning the presentation and it is now in final form … the equipment at VOCA is quite good and I got the color in the projector calibrated this morning, so it is good to go. An outing with One late afternoon and a so so dinner kind of capped the day … actually it was pretty good, but I’m slipping back into an “I do not feel like cooking” mode again. Desperate times … need an In N Out burger place close by. A double double animal style, fries and a chocolate shake … my kind of food.
Have a beautiful day and keep a smile in your heart and on your face …
Cheers
Ted
Whatever else you do or forbear;
Impose upon yourself the task of happiness;
And now and then abandon yourself
To the joy of laughter.
