    … there is simply no better way to start the day than to be on the back deck enjoying a cup of home roasted coffee and enjoying a view like this … the world is coming to life and the birds and creatures are out and starting their days too. Life is such a gift!

    Below is a shot I took between the chapel area and the Village of Oak Creek one beautiful afternoon when Corky and I were coming back home from Sedona and this beautiful low rainbow transformed the wilderness area into a portal to other dimensions and places … magical and not seen again in the intervening years.

    I’ve spent much of the weekend redesigning the email format to make it a little more useful for sharing. I’ve added a button you can click to view the email in your web browser … if you would like, copy the URL and send it to friends so they can enjoy the photos too … no chance for an accidental unsubscribe then either.

    Below that are buttons you can use to share this email on your Facebook, X (twitter) or LinkedIn account. As far as I can see, there is no way to add Instagram, Pinterest or other social media platforms … but I will continue to explore options. I have no social media accounts to test this feature on, so hope it works.

    The next button takes you too my home page and links to the last 14 emails I have sent out and below that a sign up form your friends can use to subscribe to receive the emails directly.

    A fabulous week is coming up, coffee with a friend in the morning and work begins on the program set for May 1, at the Mary D. Fisher Theater in Sedona. This will be in the small theater and tickets will be available to purchase online sometime next week. I like the idea of the smaller venue … more personal.

    Time to close out this wonderful day and prepare for the new one. Share a smile with someone today … always a warm feeling and do keep breathing … the day is so much better that way!

    Cheers,

    Ted

    I SEE there is a good deal of grandiloquence in my
    book—my friends and foes have told me.

    I think it must be true, for there is a good deal of
    grandiloquence in me—and in nature also;

    I saw a sunset last evening that was a gross imposition
    upon modesty;

    And no artist would have had the hardihood to paint
    that western sea of flame as it was there painted on
    the curtain of the coming night.
