Finally wrapped a day with a little time and energy left over to get an email out … lots of time with friends and doing things and tried to get one out very early this morning , but fell asleep on the keyboard :+)

Wednesday was a long travel day and then a wonderful evening with longtime friends and dinner at the 333 in Oceanside; Thursday morning a tour of the manufacturing plants of the business we co-founded in 1985 and what a remarkable job he has done growing the business. It is now the premier manufacturer of medical electrodes and gels in the world … way to go Jens and Inge: http://www.axelgaard.com/  a stop to see the art of Dave Thor: , then lunch with a dear friend in Vista and down to Encinitas … dinner with friends from GIA  (longtime tradition) http://www.gia.edu/gia-about and an attempt to get this photo out … sleep intervened.

Today  After we got back from San Diego Wildlife Park and a visit to the GIA campus I actually needed a nap … then we went out for dinner and to the Cinepolis La Costa to see American Sniper – very powerful movie! Tomorrow a tour of the Midway Aircraft Carrier, a play and dinner in old Encinitas and some shopping :+) Sunday after church it is up to Orange County.

Getting some great photos and having an incredible time. Hope your days are equally blessed and filled with joy … smile and share your enthusiasm for life with others … it is contagious :+)

and whatever your labors and aspirations,
in the noisy confusion of life keep peace with your soul.

    Beatles Tribute at Blazin’ M

I can honestly say, having grown up in the Bronx in the 60s, that if it had not been for the Beatles I most likely would have grown up to be a criminal or been killed in a violent gang war.
