Camp Verde AZ (June 17, 2017) – Join Julie Keeney from Hospice of the Pines in the library’s Key Lime room on Wednesday, June 21st from 10:00-11:00am for a presentation which will help you to prepare your 5 wishes that will talk about your personal, emotional and spiritual needs as well as your medical wishes.
During this workshop you will be able to complete your 5 Wishes Booklet by choosing the person you want to make your health care decisions for you if you are not able to make them for yourself. The 5 Wishes lets you say exactly how you wish to be treated if you get seriously ill.
