City of Sedona ArizonaSedona AZ (June 30, 2016) – The city of Sedona Parks and Recreation Department cordially invites all animal lovers and dog owners to support our fifth annual, A Dog’s Day Out in the Park. This pet friendly event is being held Saturday, July 16 from 7 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. on the multi-use field at Posse Grounds Park.

This event is free for those interested in playing with their dogs on the beautiful grass field. Let us help you pamper your pooch with fun doggy stations. There will be free dog nail trimming, dog baths, dog brushing, and free dog licensing (with proof of rabies vaccination). There will be an “Off Leash” fenced in area with a kiddie pool for the dogs to play in as well. Bring a ball and have some fun with your dog. Parks and Recreation will be handing out free dog leashes to the first 50 dogs through the gate! Enjoy the green grass and pet friendly exhibitors with goodies for sale. Join us for this fun and interactive event with your pet. Posse Grounds Park is located at 525 Posse Ground Road.
